Requirements for Commercial Pilot's License Course enrollment
- Hold Private License or meet requirements for private certification
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Read, speak and understand the English language
- Hold a second-class medical certificate

Hourly Rates
- Cessna 172 (wet) - $90 per hour solo
- Cessna 172 (wet) - $115 per hour instruction
- Ground Instruction: $30 per hour
All instruction is on a 1-to-1 instructor/student ratio. Colemill instructors are full-time, salaried, professional pilots who will give each student his/her money's worth. If you're serious about your flying career don't overlook this facility. The equipment is top-notch and well maintained by Colemill's own maintenance department.
